Message You know for all of your attacks on these narcissistic famous people (and you're probably right that they were) you seem to make no mention of the fact that their unstable personalitys caused them to become the successful and very entertaining figures that many people remember fondly. Do you think that if Charlie Chapman, Marlon Brando and Peter Sellers had been "normal healthy" people they would have become the great actors they became? I honestly doubt it, some of the most famous successful people throughout history have had narcissistic traits and it made them who they are. After all you mention the power of self belief, surely if you beleive it, it can become true.

Message your article on Eva Peron really woke me up about myself. I've admired her for years, b ut didn't realize that I was only admiring some bad traits in myself. I have seen the light however, and I want to change myself. Unlike Eva, however, I do have a supportive family and I have a fear of the law that prevents me from hurting people. I've decided I will fight for REAL justice in my writing, and not by getting back at people.

Message This website has been a real eye opener for me, thank you for putting this together. I've been trying and failing to change my husband after realising his behaviour towards me and everyone else for that matter wasn't right. I knew he was controlling and had problems, but after reading pages on this website I was shocked to see you describing him perfectly (as a nassisist).... I've been trying to leave him for years and I now know he'll never change & it is me that needs to change to get rid of him, your pages on self-esteem and being insulted have also helped a great deal, this will really help me to move on with a postive outlook & shake off his spell on me (controll over me).
