The signs are based on BSL - British Sign Language, not American Sign Language.

Looking through your info I am confused at the signs for "Mom" and "Dad" ? Is your system based on "baby signs" or American Sign Language.. ? Based on these two signs it would seem you are using the "baby signs" method of making your own signs up... not sure if this is the case...

I am 2 years old and my uncle is deaf. My mummy and daddy have been teaching me to sign so I can talk to my uncle with my hands because of his poorly ears. Everyone should learn because it is fun and nice for people like my uncle.x

Thanks for your suggestions. Thats a great idea. I am in the process of gathering ideas for signs to include in a second book, so I will certainly add these to my list. I hope you enjoy the book.
If anyone else out there has any other suggestions for what they would like to see in the next book, let me know.
