I am Shawn's neice. I designed this website in order to help recognise how great my uncle was. This memorial is not supposed to be depressing and sad. He would not have wanted us to remember him with tears but with laughter and smiles. To think of all the good times and how, no matter his own predicament, he would always go out of his way to make sure you were doing well. If you had a bad day he seemed to know just what to say to make you smile. We could learn so much from the way Shawn lived his life. Putting others before himself. We will all miss you, Uncle Shawn. I hope that your kindness is being repayed a hundred times over, wherever you are.
