Message i cant believe im out of high school. time flew by! i can honestly say that my best memories were from crew. crew its not only about winning or losing its about building character.crew defintely taugh how to stay tough when i was falling apart, and a bunch of other stuff. crew is really is the definition of team work, and if you can get through it, you could get through anything. i miss KHS crew =]thanks for the good memories. coach Paszkiewicz and Flowers, thanks for everything u taught me. |

Message I was on crew my freshman year, I have to admit it was one of the best sports I have ever done, not really sure why i never went back, but if I were to re-live my High School career I would deff do crew again... I got myself looking at the photo archives and saw my freshman year and it was soo nice to see so many familiar and past faces.(New rowers, make sure to bring plenty of socks haha) Good Luck this season KHS Crew ill be rooting for you guys all the way. Message Let me tell you crew is one of those sports where it can be a love-hate relationship.. I had my up and downs, but mainly had more ups. I may not have been a medal winner, but Kearny aught and introduced me to much more. 3/4 of my friends are revolved around crew,from Kearny to Nutley to even Belleville rowers. Message Boy do I miss Rowing. I make it a point to visit the boat house whenever I get a chance to nake it to Kearny. Looking at the photos brought back some great memories; even found myself in one of them. Well, one year left in Iraq and I will be back homee. See everybody soon. |
