It is with a heavy heart that i make this post, unfortunately Donald "Nicky" McNicol, drummer with The Kyber Trifles lost his battle with cancer and passed away on the evening of 29th December 2009.
He leaves behind him his loving wife Helen and their 3 grown-up children Joanne, Gayle and Paul, along with his beloved dogs Brodie and Lucy.
His funeral will be held at 3pm on Wednesday 6th January 2010 at Woodside Crematorium in Paisley.
I know that his family would love to see anyone who knew Nicky from his Kyber days so please spread the word.

For anymore info please email me

Everyone smiles when they think of him he was a great man.

Does anyone here remember The Chicanes, I loved this band. I'm almost certain Malcolm, who played in the Trifles, was also the lead in The Chicanes?
