I used to own a Vinyl album that had a black cover, is that available for purchase anywhere? Back in 1978 I worked a shift in the Bamboo Room at Jimmy Byrnes and used to catch the Meatloaf set at Closing time at the Osprey before I headed over to 179 beachfront and crashed in a HAMMOCK, to get six hours sleep before getting up to life Guard on Manasquan Beach. Easy when you are 19. Loved every second of your performances. Tom

Lenny, Hope all is well with you and the guys. (So sorry about Tony Caldara, R.I.P. That's how I met you at Tibettstock. Do you still play with Yasgur's Farm. Keep in touch. Search my name on Facebook. - Vin

I used to come to Dodd's, Orange in the winter and of course The Osprey in the summers around 1969-1972. At that time I was a college student at Fairleigh Dickinson University. My friends and I would come so often you all knew us. In the summer of 1971 we even hung out with you at the Manasquan beach during the days while you were playing the Osprey. I believe Chelsea Warehouse was playing in The Long Bar side of the building. I'm sorry to hear that Chuck and Arnett have passed. I used to love the way Chuck did the Joe Cocker stuff. I was very disappointed, as I'm sure you all were, that "Tomorrow" didn't become a big hit. Thanks for all the memories.

Hey Denis,
Rick Jensen here- Bass Player from "Whisper" - in 1970 we were your fellow bandmates in the Boat Bar. I was saddened to hear about Chuck and Arnette. I made my first pilgrimage back to the Osprey a few weeks ago. Saw the bartender Tom Ontkos was still there! I can't believe its been 40 years since we rocked that place together. I hope this email finds you well.
Peace, Rick

I worked at the Osprey in the early 80's and got to know the band a little. For a brief moment I was asked to do a Joe Cocker (John Belushi style) routine at the end of the set and hope that I was a little amusing and not too offensive. The band was wonderful and will always have a piece of my heart. It was a wonderful time! Peace!
