Message I had to best time training and talking with Guro Rudy about drill versus application. My training over the years has made me physical strong but I was unable to get in on Guro Rudy using my boxing or wrestling skills. I was humbled without any humiliation, this was a great training session and I have to thank my instructor for bring in this specialist of street self defense. My eyes are open to many new concepts thanks to Guro Rudy and the CPSD. I cant wait to meet Sensei Doug. |
