Jean you are a legend! When we got our Reilly (Goin Bonkers/Puddin) we had no idea what he would mean to our family. We lost him last summer after 14 years and it broke our hearts.
We thought we should try a different breed. What beagle could replace him, but have realized no other breed will do!

last month i got the privledge to buy Fancy from foster creek beagles. she is a wonderful dog. very loving and makes me go for daily walks. everyone in our family has benefited from Fancy. she has lines from Applegate beagles. thank you Jean for having such wonderful dogs.

Thank you Jean for our lovely Rusty. We adopted him from you five years ago (from Misty and Magic's litter) and he is truly one of the kids in this family. We were in Ireland for three years and paid a lot of money to import and export him. It was fun to see the Irish enjoying him as a "rare" breed. He was quite popular. Now we are in the Portland area and find his relations locally. I always know an Applegate beagle when I see it!! Thank you for all your work and dedication. Boogie Boy Baxter was our Dexter's dad! After almost 14 years with our wonderful beagle, we had to say goodbye to him yesterday. It was the hardest decision we had to make but knew in our hearts that his body was giving out and it wasn't fair to him. He was such a part of our family and will be greatly missed. I can't thank you enough for my little Star. She was my Birthday gift 12 years ago when we adopted her from a Portland couple.She was 4 years old at the time and is now 15 and 1/2 years old. Star is by far the greatest gift I ever received. She has the sweetest temperament and is truly loved by our family. Your beagles are the best and I admire your dedication you have to these wonderful dogs. I wish you the very best in your retirement. You and your beagles will be greatly missed.

Hi Jean. I am so very glad all your babies found homes. I hope you continue with the Christmas news letter. We love hearing from you. I'm glad Montana's daddy Bojangles found a good home. Hi Jean:

We wanted to drop you a note and thank you again for providing us with the true light of our life in Cubby, who was born on January 12, 1995. We always joke about how after we got Cubby on March 12,1995, we called you almost every day for the first few weeks asking questions....like "Is it normal for him to sleep all the time???" We thank you for not laughing! Thirteen years later and Cubby still loves to sleep all the time.

When we met with you back in January 1995, you introduced us to Charlie & Puddin'...Cubby's parents. We fell in love with Charlie. As it turns out Cubby has been the perfect mix of both of those great dogs, in looks and personlity. He looks just like Charlie!

Your Christmas card is the one card we can't wait to get every holiday season...we've kept every one of them! We will certainly keep in touch.
