We have gotten our first shipment of all-natural Amish foods. These include jams, fruit butter, pastas, salad dressings and more. We have also started carrying Amish old fashioned chocolates and fudge. We hope in the coming months to have all-natural line of premium ice cream made by Big Oaf, another outstanding amish product to add to our selection

one of the easiest ways to cook a pork tenderloin is to roast it in the oven. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Then rub your pork down with what ever marinade or sauce you choose. I like chur sui bbq sauce or honey mustard. You can also use dry spices. Rosemary is a pork favorite. Then place it in a roasting pan and put it in the oven for about 45 minutes. Its a good idea to add a little water to the bottom of the pan half way through cooking and cover. this will help keep the meat a little more moist. It will also loosen the drippings for a great sauce.

Kristen recommended the gnocchi with the boursin cheese sauce. If was superb.

I am not much of a cook, so this dinner was perfect for me.

Boil water.
Salt and oil in the water

Melt the boursin with a little bit of milk to make a sauce.

Drop gnocchi in to boiling water cook about 1 and a half minutes or until gnocchi floats. Strain water and then add gnocchi to the sauce. Toss and serve.

The french bagguettes are really good with this.
